• Electrical or Instrumentation Engineering
• 15 – 20 years experience in projects, 10 years in GCC countries, EPIC projects with QatarEnergy or similar oil and gas companies with minimum of 3 E&I projects with QatarEnergy or similar Oil & Gas companies with minimum of 3 E&I EPIC projects with its related Civil & structural work.
• Project management professional – PMP
• To review and meet the project requirements.
• Prepare and implement project execution program and budget.
• Monitor and control the project resources & project cost in the most effective way.
• Communicate efficiently with the project team, company departments, management, client/QatarEnergy, OEM’s, subcontractor, and end users.
• Ensure that the project objectives are met, and the project is being executed on time as per the approved plan and the approved budget.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable engineering standards and regulations, particularly QatarEnergy HSE regulation.
• Exposed to Engineering, Procurement, Installation and Commissioning of E&I automation projects, F&G systems, firefighting systems, ESD systems, PLCs, DCS, Telemetry, SCADA, Turbomachinery control systems, online condition monitoring system, familiar with cyber security, substations project, HV Switchgears, DG sets, transformers, cable network and SCS with EPIC Contractor.

• Solid understanding of construction safety standards and regulations to ensure compliance on job sites.
• Analytical skills to assess project performance and implement data-driven decisions for improvement.
• Ability to manage budgets and resources efficiently, ensuring optimal allocation to meet project objectives.
