About the job Manpower Planning Specialist - Perm
Job Objective:
To develop the company's and its subsidiaries manpower plans through an ongoing analysis of the current state and projected requirements of the manpower for all departments, business and operational units in order to assist departments in achieving their objectives and goals through an optimal assessment of the requisite number of employees.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in business /commerce/ management or equivalent
Minimum Experience:
5- 8 years of experience
