Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to generate new admissions and grow the business.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and competitive landscape.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with parents, schools, and corporate clients.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Plan and execute promotional activities, campaigns, and events.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for management.
- Work closely with marketing, academic, and operations teams to ensure smooth service
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s in Marketing/Business or related field.
- 2 years of experience in sales/marketing experience (edtech sector preferred).
- Excellent communication & customer service skills.
- English fluency; Arabic is a plus.
- Strong organizational & computer skills.delivery.
