Manage and oversee the transportation, storage, and distribution of materials, plants, tools, and irrigation equipment to ensure smooth project execution. Coordinate with project teams to meet site requirements on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise logistics operations for landscaping and irrigation projects.
- Plan and schedule the delivery of plants, soil, fertilizers, irrigation pipes, pumps, and other materials to project sites.
- Coordinate with procurement and project managers to ensure timely material availability.
- Maintain accurate delivery records, inventory logs, and transportation schedules.
- Optimize routes and transportation costs while meeting deadlines.
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
- Lead and manage drivers, warehouse staff, and helpers.
- Transportation Arrangement for Material/ Products And Employees
- Overseas of Shipment
- Liaising with Other Departments Like Procurement , HR, Accounts departments
- Skills & Requirements:
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Good organizational and planning abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and inventory management systems.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in logistics supervision.
GCC experience preferred.
