Job Summary

The Visa Sales Consultant is responsible for identifying potential clients, advising them on the best visa pathways (Work, Study, Visit, or Permanent Residency), and converting leads into successful enrollments. You will guide clients through the initial assessment, explain documentation requirements, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction while meeting monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Lead Conversion

  • Lead Management: Proactively follow up on leads generated through social media, website inquiries, and referrals.
  • Consultation: Conduct face-to-face or over-the-phone assessments to understand client profiles and suggest suitable visa categories (e.g., Express Entry, Schengen, Student visas).
  • Closing: Persuade potential clients of the value of your firm’s services and secure signed contracts and service fees.
  • Targets: Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales and revenue KPIs.

2. Client Advisory & Compliance

  • Technical Guidance: Provide accurate and up-to-date information regarding immigration laws, application procedures, and documentation.
  • Eligibility Assessment: Review client documents (educational credentials, financial statements, work experience) to verify eligibility before onboarding.
  • Risk Management: Honestly inform clients of their chances of success and potential risks in their application.

3. Relationship & CRM Management

  • Client Retention: Maintain regular contact with clients throughout the sales cycle to ensure they feel supported.
  • CRM Documentation: Record every interaction, follow-up, and status update in the CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
  • After-Sales Support: Hand over successfully closed files to the Case Processing or Legal team with all necessary documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Relations, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1–3 years of experience in sales, ideally within Immigration, Education Consultancy, or Travel/Tourism.

Core Skills

  • Persuasion & Negotiation: Ability to handle objections and close deals effectively.
  • Communication: Fluent in English (and any relevant local languages) with excellent presentation skills.
  • Attention to Detail: Precision in checking documents to avoid application rejections.
  • Empathy: Understanding the high-stakes nature of relocation for clients.
