Eligibility

To be eligible for the Shell GraduateProgramme, you must meet the below requirements: 

• ProfessionalQualification: Bachelor’sorMaster’sdegree inEngineering(Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical and Industrial& System)

  
  

• Qatari Nationality

  
  

• Keen to work in RasLafan(RLC) 

  
  

• Suitable candidates should be either:

  
  

• Recently graduated (in line with the 2024/2025 academic year) or will graduate during 2026 (in line with the 2025/2026 academic year) and are currently not sponsored; orHave experience in the Energy sectorof less than 3 years (in alignment with the industry recruitment guidelines).
