The Corporate Executive Chef will provide strategic leadership & culinary direction across all kitchen operations, including central kitchen ensuring culinary excellence, food innovation, consistent quality, operational efficiency, & people leadership & management.
Requirements:
- Previous senior experiences in the GCC
- Multi-brand & multi-outlet culinary operations experienced within restaurant groups at an Exec Chef or Corporate level
- Expert knowledge of menu engineering, food costing, & recipe development
- Proficiency in kitchen management systems & production planning.
- Strong financial acumen in cost management & budgeting.
- Diploma in Culinary Arts or Hotel Management.
- Preferred Bachelor’s degree in Culinary Management / Hospitality Management.
