Job Details

  • Excellent English verbal and email communication skills
  • Knowledge on BMS system with HVAC control/building automation system
  • Knowledge on BMS field sensors, equipments and instruments
  • DDC, FCU & VAV controllers, programming knowledge
  • DDC panel wiring knowledge and capability to lead Technicians
  • Control of VFD, Air Handling Unit, VAV, FCU and its functional knowledge
  • Chiller and Chilled Water Pump control knowledge for programming
  • 3rd party Integration knowledge [Modbus / BACnet/Lon works/MSTP/IP/KNX/OPC Protocols....]
  • Control and monitoring BMS points, and related components
  • BMS Networking knowledge
  • Graphics online verification and trouble shoot experience
  • Preparation of site activities progress reports and on time updates to team lead
  • Siemens ABT, ABT Pro, Desigo X-works Plus, Desigo CC programing expertise

Requirements
  • Engineering certification on Electrical/HVAC or similar qualifications
  • Ideally 5 – 6 years of relevant experience
  • Siemens Desigo X-works Plus, Desigo CC, ABT and ABT-Pro experience
