Job Description

Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organisation's overall objectives. Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention processes to attract and maintain top talent. Ensure compliance with local labour laws and regulations in Doha. Lead performance management and employee development initiatives. Manage compensation and benefits programmes effectively. Drive employee engagement and workplace culture initiatives. Provide guidance and support to leadership on HR-related matters. Analyse HR metrics and provide strategic insights to improve organisational performance.

The Successful Applicant

A successful HR Director should have:

A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven expertise in HR management within the energy & natural resources sector. Strong knowledge of employment laws and best practices in Doha. Exceptional leadership and decision-making skills. Experience in implementing HR strategies and policies effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
