Drive sales growth by expanding the retail distribution network, managing B2B clients, leading sell-in and sell-out activities, and building strong long-term partnerships across Qatar.
1. Retail Sales & Distribution
• Expand distribution across Qatar with A-class retailers, including mobile shops, electronics
chains, and modern trade.
• Manage and grow relationships with existing retail partners.
• Lead sell-in planning, negotiation, order closing, and collection follow-up.
• Ensure proper SKU listing, shelf share, and in-store visibility
• Monitor competitors’ pricing, promotions, and new launches regularly.
2. B2B Sales
• Acquire and manage corporate clients, resellers, and system integrators.
• Develop tailored bundles for B2B customers (banks, government entities, SMEs,
enterprises).
• Prepare commercial proposals and handle end-to-end follow-up until deal closure.
3. Sales Operations
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Prepare weekly reports on:
o Sell-in & sell-out
o Active accounts
o Pipeline status
o Stock availability
• Coordinate with logistics to ensure smooth deliveries and manage stock issues
4.Merchandising & Store Execution
• Ensure planogram compliance in all stores.
• Coordinate with promoters and in-store teams for product presentation.
• Support marketing campaigns inside stores.
5. Market Intelligence
• Track competitor pricing, promotions, and new product trends.
• Share insights with management for decision-making.
6. Internal Collaboration
• Work closely with Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain teams.
• Provide demand forecasting for purchase planning
Skills
• 3–5 years of experience in tech accessories/consumer electronics in Qatar.
• Strong network with retailers (Vodafone, Ooredoo, Lulu, Carrefour, Virgin, mobile shops,
etc.).
• Experience in B2B & retail channels.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Valid Qatar driving license.
Preferred Skills
• Knowledge of Qatar’s retail landscape and consumer buying patterns.
• Experience introducing new tech brands to the market.
• Ability to work independently and hit aggressive targets
