Plan and manage inventory levels of electrical materials such as cables, switches, breakers, panels, lighting fixtures, conduits, and accessories

Forecast material requirements based on project schedules, sales forecasts, and historical consumption

Coordinate closely with procurement, sales, and project teams to ensure timely replenishment of electrical items

Prepare purchase planning recommendations considering lead times, minimum order quantities, and supplier availability

Monitor fast-moving, slow-moving, and non-moving electrical items and recommend corrective actions

Ensure availability of critical electrical materials for ongoing and upcoming projects

Analyze inventory turnover, aging reports, and material usage trends

Support periodic stock counts, audits, and reconciliation of electrical inventory

Identify and resolve discrepancies between system records and physical stock

Ensure proper material classification, coding, and storage practices for electrical items

Generate inventory planning and performance reports for management

Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and internal controls
