We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced General Manager for our security services division. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing and overseeing security operations, ensuring the provision of high-quality security personnel and services to our clients. This position requires a strong leader who is capable of driving operational excellence, enhancing service delivery, and maintaining client satisfaction in a fast-paced environment. The General Manager will be responsible for developing strategic plans, managing a diverse workforce, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. Responsibilities:

  3. Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance service offerings and optimize operational processes within the security operations.
  4. Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their security needs and ensuring satisfaction with services provided.
  5. Monitor and evaluate the performance of security teams, providing guidance and support to foster professional development.
  6. Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements governing security operations and personnel management.
  7. Manage budgets and financial performance, identifying opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth within the division.
  8. Prepare and present operational reports to senior management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
  9. Foster a culture of safety, security awareness, and continuous improvement among all employees.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, adapting strategies to ensure competitive advantage in the market.

Preferred Candidate:

  1. Minimum of 1 to 5 years of experience in a managerial role within the security services sector.
  2. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in Arabic preferred.
  4. Proven experience in operational management and strategic planning in security operations.
  5. Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and financial performance effectively.
  6. In-depth knowledge of security industry regulations and compliance requirements.
