- Airline ticket and Hotel booking
- Ticket issuance, reissue, cancellation & refunds
- Fare quotation & itinerary preparation
- Handle customer travel inquiries
- Work with GDS systems (Amadeus / Galileo )
???? Requirements
- Arabic & English speaking (Arabic mandatory)
- Minimum 2–3 years experience in airline ticketing
- Knowledge of IATA rules & fare calculation
- GDS knowledge (Galileo preferred)
- Strong customer service & communication skills
