Role Purpose
Own and scale the cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, and reliability of a regulated BNPL platform. Ensure secure, automated, and resilient delivery of production systems while supporting rapid product iteration in a fintech environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and operate cloud infrastructure (GCP / AWS / Azure)
- Own CI/CD pipelines, release automation, and environment management
- Implement and maintain Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or equivalent)
- Ensure high availability, scalability, backup, and disaster recovery
- Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting for production systems
- Lead incident response and post-incident reviews
- Embed DevSecOps practices across engineering teams
- Collaborate closely with engineering, security, and compliance teams
Skills
Required Experience
- 5+ years of experience in DevOps or Cloud Engineering
- Mandatory experience working in a fintech or product-led technology company
- Strong hands-on experience with containers and Kubernetes
- Experience with CI/CD tooling and Git-based workflows
- Knowledge of cloud security and networking fundamentals
