Overview:
1 Project execution of construction engineering work in accordance with the project execution
plan asper project procedures, maintaining Safety and Quality within the manhour, cost and project
schedule targets at fabrication yard
2 To provide specific support to the construction team to service to ensure company’s
business objectives and clients’ requirements are met with.
3 Comply HSE and QA/QC requirement as per Client
Primary Purpose of the Job and Anticipated Deliverable:
1 Execute detailed Fabrication and erection services related to Subsea Structural disciplines;
assign to handle Clients, Subcontractors, QA/QC, Engineering, planning, documents, Structural team
and painting team
2 Monitor performance of direct manpower and indirect manpower: ensure Quality and
Safety requirement as per the project requirements at site; Liaise with various departments for work
execution of works.
3 Develop construction plan includes detailed scheduling, resource management, risk
assessment, and communication strategies in coordination with project planning team
4 Participate in regular Site Progress Meetings with contractors to review progress and
performance. Identify and highlight technical and constructability issues and raise them with
responsible Manager and contractors’ site supervisors and communicate to main/primary contractor
for action
5 Lead and supervise construction crews, ensure work is performed to the required standards
and in compliance with safety and quality procedures. Liaison with Engineering support as required
Skills
Experience Preference
Fabrication and erection of offshore structures
Fabrication and erection of subsea strutters (Sleepers, subsea bridges, subsea pipelines
spools)
Piles, boat lading, riser guards, riser, and J-tubes.
Topside and modules fabrication and erections.
Bridges and flare.
Topside Piping spools and pipes supports.
Brown field fabrication (Deck extension, pancake, and modules etc.
Management Capability
Good knowledge of HSE, Quality and work procedures
Responsible for the implementation of Quality and Safety procedures at site
Responsible for overall site Project execution
Project meeting and reporting to Management
Liaise with various departments for work execution.
Responsible for the Work allocation based on the Schedules and Priorities
Ensure that adequate manpower, plant, equipment, consumables exist to satisfactorily
complete the project.
Co-ordinates and monitors the project progress to ensure optimum production,
commensurate with all Quality Procedures and Method Statements.
Liaise and co-ordinate for all engineering, technical and quality issues.

Ensure that sufficient materials are available to conduct the scope of work.
Monitor work progress on an ongoing basis.

Qualification and Experience
Engineering degree in Mechanical
English speak and writing
Computer knowledge for MS excels and words.
Knowledge for email communications
CV with Experience min. 8 years (Oil and Gas) offshore fabrication activities
