Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Doha for a Pizza and Pasta Chef at Radisson Blu Hotel Doha. The role includes preparing and cooking a variety of pizzas, pasta dishes, and related Italian cuisine in line with food safety and quality standards. Responsibilities include menu planning, ensuring ingredient quality, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, monitoring inventory, and collaborating with the kitchen team for smooth operations. The role also involves creativity in developing new recipes and ensuring guests have a memorable dining experience.

Qualifications

Proficiency in pizza making, pasta preparation, and familiarity with Italian cuisine techniques Experience in kitchen operations, including maintaining cleanliness, safety protocols, and inventory management Skill in menu planning, recipe development, and culinary creativity Strong organizational and teamwork skills to collaborate with other chefs and staff Excellent working knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards Previous experience in a similar role within a hospitality setting is highly preferred Relevant culinary certifications or training are a plus Adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting high-quality standards
