Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Manager – Corporate IT to lead IT operations, infrastructure, cybersecurity, ERP/MIS governance, and service delivery across the organization. The role requires both strategic planning and hands-on leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead corporate IT operations, helpdesk, SLA governance, and IT service management

• Oversee networks, datacenters, cloud infrastructure, security controls, and DR/BCP

• Define IT policies, procedures, IT governance, and compliance frameworks

• Ensure availability, performance, and security of all enterprise systems

• Manage ERP/MIS applications (Oracle or equivalent) and integration roadmaps

• Lead cybersecurity posture improvements, access control, and data protection

• Manage vendors, contracts, budgets, and technology roadmaps

• Build and develop IT teams; support digital transformation initiatives

Skills

Requirements

• 10–15+ years total IT experience, with at least 8 years in IT management roles

• Strong experience in infrastructure, networks, cloud (Azure/AWS), cybersecurity, DR, ITSM

• Experience managing ERP systems (Oracle/SAP/MS Dynamics) and corporate applications

• Ability to define IT strategy, governance, policies, and standards

• Strong vendor, budgeting, project management, and leadership skills

• Experience in government, enterprise, or regulated environments preferred

• Relevant certifications (ITIL, CISSP, Azure/AWS, PMP) are a plus
