We are looking for an experienced Aluminium Plant Manager to oversee the full operations of our aluminium manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for production planning, team management, quality assurance, and ensuring efficient plant performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations of the aluminium plant, including production, maintenance, and manpower
• Develop production plans and ensure timely delivery of project requirements
• Oversee fabrication processes and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards
• Monitor material usage, reduce wastage, and control operational costs
• Lead, train, and supervise production teams to achieve performance targets
• Coordinate with procurement, project, and engineering departments
• Implement continuous improvement strategies to enhance productivity and efficiency
• Prepare operational reports, progress updates, and performance analysis

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or related field (preferred)
• 8–12 years of experience in aluminium fabrication or manufacturing plants
• Strong knowledge of aluminium systems, production machinery, and workflow management
• Proven experience in managing plant operations and production teams
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Strong understanding of safety protocols and quality control practices

Knowledge of ERP systems for production and inventory management

Experience with Lean Manufacturing or Continuous Improvement methodologies
