We are looking for a confident and energetic Sales & Marketing Executive to promote our e-commerce platform, acquire customers/business clients, support marketing activities, and help grow overall sales.

The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and strong passion for sales. This role includes a basic salary, and commission will apply after the probation period based on target achievement.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Activities

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Conduct sales calls, meetings, and follow-ups with potential customers.
• Present company services .
• Build a strong pipeline of leads and convert them into sales.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure high satisfaction.

E-Commerce Platform Support

• Work on the company’s online platform to update products, offers, and content.
• Ensure platform information is accurate and up to date.
• Report issues or improvements needed for the system.

Operations & Admin Support

• Maintain sales records and prepare weekly performance reports.
• Update CRM or internal systems with customer details and lead status.
• Assist with documentation, coordination, and general office admin tasks.

Skills

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1–3 years experience in Sales / Marketing / Customer Service.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
• Good understanding of online platforms or e-commerce (preferred).
• English required; Arabic is an advantage.
• Qatar driving license is a plus.
