Sales Engineer- Industrial Products Supply

The Sales Engineer will be responsible for driving sales activities, developing strong customer relationships, and promoting Qatar Tec WLL’s products and solutions within the Oil & Gas sector. The role involves technical understanding of products, identifying client requirements, preparing proposals, and ensuring successful project follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients in the Oil & Gas industry
  • Promote and sell company products, materials, and solutions
  • Identify customer requirements and provide suitable technical/commercial solutions
  • Prepare and submit quotations, tenders, and technical proposals
  • Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams for pricing, product selection, and delivery
  • Monitor ongoing projects and ensure timely follow-ups
  • Achieve sales targets and prepare regular sales reports
  • Conduct site visits, product presentations, and client meetings
  • Support in market analysis and identifying new business opportunities
  • Maintain updated knowledge of industry trends, standards, and competitor activities

Skills

Qualifications & Skills (Optional):

  • Engineering background preferred (Mechanical / Electrical / Instrumentation)
  • Minimum 2 years experience in Oil & Gas field Products sales
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Valid Qatar driving license (if applicable)
