About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and highly organized Chief Steward to lead and
coordinate a team of 25 stewards in a luxury 5-star hotel environment. The ideal candidate
must have solid experience in stewarding operations, hygiene standards, equipment
handling, and back-of-house workflow management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, train, and supervise a team of 25 stewards.
- Ensure cleanliness and sanitation across all kitchen and back-of-house areas.
- Oversee the maintenance and inventory of kitchen equipment and supplies.
- Coordinate dishwashing operations and stewarding schedules.
- Maintain 5-star hygiene and safety standards at all times.
- Work closely with the Executive Chef and F&B team to support daily operations.
Skills
Requirements:
- Male candidate with proven experience in 5-star hotel kitchen stewarding.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage large teams under pressure
- Knowledge of HACCP and international hygiene standards.
- Immediate availability is mandatory.
