- Responsible of verifying that the stocks in warded are stocked as per warehousing and ministry standards and licenses.
- Responsible of conducting random stock take and ensure appropriate reconciliation reports are maintained and reported to Finance.
- Responsible of reporting products – lost, damaged or expired to marketing and sales teams from time to time.
- Responsible of ensuring that the FIFO method is used for deliveries to avoid expiry and damages.
- Responsible of maintaining the security of Warehouse / Storage areas.
- Responsible of ensuring correct reporting of forms / reports concerning warehousing operations.

- Responsible of ensuring the inventory transactions are accurately logged in system and overseeing cycle count and reconciliation activities.
- Responsible of consulting with the Warehouse Supervisor regarding input from customers, usage history, lead time and impact on Warehouse Inventory related to minimum/maximum re-order time.
- Responsible of recommending measures to improve the quality of service, increasing efficiency of the department performance.
- Responsible of optimizing the product layout facility in line with the product lines and update Warehouse Supervisor and demand planner of space availability for new shipments.
- Responsible of ensuring that the Safety rules for Warehouse are followed as per required by law.
Responsible of ensuring all the Warehouse Operations are aligned to the Warehouse & Fleet Operating SOP’s / procedures and requirements by law.
- Responsible to ensure that operational SLA’s are met at all times.
- Responsible of ensuring the 8 working hours of warehouse employees are effectively utilized reducing overtime and delayed warehouse operations.
- Responsible of planning & organizing the employee activities as per business requirement and maintain the employee productivity reports on daily basis and share to HC on monthly basis.
- Responsible of ensuring that all the employees in the warehouse follow all processes and policies of the company and are aligned to the departmental SOPs at all times.
- Responsible of overseeing the staff deployment and drive the motivation levels of the direct reportees within the limits of company policy.
- Responsible of setting the KPIs for direct reportees and conduct the performance appraisal as per company policies and processes.
- Responsible of managing the employee training after onboarding on the departmental SOPs and SLAs.
- Responsible of working on new projects and additional duties as assigned by your manager.
Skills
- Vocational Course in Technical or Equivalent
- 4 to 5 years of experience in the Warehouse• Ability to read & interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Strong Written and verbal communication skills.
- Keen attention to detail and commitment to solving complex problems.
- Should have handled a team.
