KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Perform preventive and corrective maintenance
· Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical issues
· Ensure optimal system performance and energy efficiency
· Coordinate with facilities or engineering teams as needed
Skills
REQUIREMENTS:
· Minimum of 3 years’ experience specializing in industrial chilled water systems
· Proven expertise in troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of:
- 50–400-ton chillers
- Compressors
- Chilled water pumps
- Valve actuators
- Electronic damper actuators
- Water & air temperature sensors
- Water flow switches
- Air differential pressure switches
