We are looking for a dynamic and creative Marketing & Business Development Executive to support our growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will drive brand visibility, generate leads, build strong client relationships, and handle all digital marketing and social media activities for PearlQ Software.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Brand Promotion
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote PearlQ Software’s products and solutions.
- Create marketing collateral including brochures, presentations, case studies, and proposals.
- Coordinate with internal teams for content creation, campaigns, and branding initiatives.
- Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and promotional activities.
Business Development
- Identify new business opportunities, market segments, and potential customers.
- Conduct market research to understand trends, competitor offerings, and client needs.
- Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and presentations for clients.
- Support the sales pipeline by generating qualified leads and following up on inquiries.
- Participate in networking events, exhibitions, and client meetings to represent PearlQ Software.
Social Media & Digital Presence
- Manage all company social media accounts (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok).
- Plan and publish engaging content including posts, reels, stories, and articles.
- Run social media campaigns to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
- Monitor analytics, performance metrics, and audience engagement.
- Create simple graphics, write captions, and coordinate with designers when needed.
Content & Communication
- Develop content for blog articles, website updates, and marketing materials.
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital and offline communication.
- Handle basic video content, short clips, and product demos (preferred but not required).
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, sales, or business development (software/IT experience is an advantage).
- Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and social media management.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create content (posts, captions, short videos) using basic design tools
- Self-driven, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks.
Skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience in B2B marketing or IT/software industry.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and lead-management systems.
- Understanding of SEO, paid ads, and website management (optional but an advantage).
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
