We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team in Doha, Qatar. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in corporate sales and a passion for developing lasting relationships with clients. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying new business opportunities and providing tailored solutions that meet clients' needs. The Corporate Sales Consultant will work closely with various departments to ensure that client expectations are not only met but exceeded. They will be responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives and exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives and drive revenue growth.
  2. Identify and target potential corporate clients through research, networking, and outreach efforts.
  3. Conduct comprehensive needs assessments to understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within client organizations.
  5. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to the specific needs of each client.
  6. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and products to clients.
  7. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and threats.
  8. Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs consistently.
  9. Provide exceptional after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  10. Prepare detailed sales reports and forecasts for management review.

Preferred Candidate:

  1. Proven experience in corporate sales or business development, preferably in a related industry.
  2. Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to influence and persuade.
  3. Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a talent for building rapport with clients.
  4. Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  5. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  6. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
  7. Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  8. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  9. A degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  10. Fluency in both English and Arabic is highly desirable.
