Job Description:
• Provide process engineering support during turnaround planning and execution phases.
• Conduct process simulations, calculations, and evaluations to support safe and efficient operations.
• Collaborate with operations, maintenance, and inspection teams to identify and resolve process-related issues.
• Review and validate process documentation, including P&IDs, datasheets, and operating procedures.
• Participate in HAZOPs, risk assessments, and other safety reviews.
• Ensure compliance with internal standards and local regulatory requirements.
• Support commissioning and start-up activities post-turnaround.
• Prepare technical reports and recommendations for process improvements.
Skills
Requirements
• Full-time Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering from an accredited university.
• Minimum 12 years of relevant experience in the oil & gas or petrochemical industry, with a strong background in turnaround projects.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, site-based environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with industry software tools (e.g., Aspen HYSYS, Pro II, etc.) is an advantage.
