Educational Background
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture / Interior Architecture / Interior Design
- Preferably from accredited or internationally recognized universities
Professional Experience
- Must come from a Consultancy background (Design / Architectural / Interior Design consultancy)
- NOT from contractors, fit-out firms, or construction companies
- Experience with international top-tier firms such as AECOM, Atkins, Gensler, HOK, HBA, KEO, CallisonRTKL, Perkins+Will, etc.
Preferred Exposure
- Regional experience in Qatar, GCC, or international hospitality projects
- Demonstrated portfolio of luxury hotels, resorts, or hospitality developments
