Sales Representative

Job Summary:

The Sales Representative will be responsible for driving B2B sales growth, managing client relationships, and ensuring effective stock management for wholesale partners and corporate accounts. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in outdoor sales, excellent presentation and communication skills, and be proficient in PowerPoint and Microsoft Office tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, approach, and build relationships with potential B2B clients and corporate partners;
  • Maintain working relationships with existing clients to ensure that they receive exceptional service and to identify potential new sales opportunities;
  • Conduct outdoor sales visits, presentations, and product demonstrations to generate leads and close deals.
  • Manage the full B2B sales cycle from prospecting to order fulfillment
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate order processing and stock availability
  • Monitor and manage stock levels for B2B clients to ensure optimal product availability
  • Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations and proposals
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activity, client interactions, and reporting
  • Track and achieve monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets
  • Provide feedback from the market to support product development and marketing strategies

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in outdoor sales and business development, preferably in the hotel, restaurants or retail sector
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and relationship management
  • Experience in stock/inventory management for wholesale or B2B accounts
  • Excellent presentation skills, both in-person and virtual
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
  • Valid driver’s license

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Knowledge of POS/ERP systems or sales reporting tools
