Marketing, PR & Communications
• Trying to influence opinion and behavior.
• Reviewing newspaper/magazine articles, coordinating with our PR agency, preparing articles
• Use all forms of media and communication to build, maintain and manage the duties
• Responsible for implementing marketing activities
annual report, the quarterly Newsletter, designing social media graphics and postings for Eid
and special events/occasions, planning, and delivering social media campaigns as well as
other marketing activities.
• Creating social media posting schedule and ensuring to highlight the efforts
stakeholders including volunteers, schools and sponsors/partners.
• Coordinating media inquiries and arranging for radio/TV interviews and reviewing
newspaper/magazine articles prepared by PR agency before released.
• Managing regular posts and responding to social media followers and potential volunteers.
• Maintaining website up to date. Regularly upload videos and photos.
Brand Management and Graphic Design
• Maintain a thorough understanding brand procedures
including those for Schools, Sponsors and other partners.
• Designing and developing collateral materials with brand fidelity using software and Apps
such as Canva and Adobe.
Administrative Support
• Manage some admin related tasks with the support of Operations Director.
• Support Operations Director in proposal write-up, donors’ reports.
Events & Special Projects
• Provide input and creative ideas to implement in events and keep the brand active.
• Support Operations Director in event management related tasks.
• Coordinate with related parties and suppliers.
Conduct any related Marketing and Admin support not mentioned above.
Skills
.EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- A minimum of Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or other relevant fields is preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience.
- Excellent English and Arabic spoken and written skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other common office software.
- Must be a creative-minded self-starter who can multi-task well.
- Proficient with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator.
- Experience with design for print and electronic media required.
- Must have social media and website content management experience. Knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn. HTML preferred, but not necessary.
- Event management and organization experience is preferred.
- Highly organized and motivated, ability to multitask, complete tasks in a timely manner, and work as a team member.
- Desire to develop a career in the education, non-profit, or business sectors.
- Sincere interest in the mission.
SALARY
Negotiable, depending on experience and suitability.
