  • Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including preparing sales documents, managing schedules, and coordinating customer appointments.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, customer information, and inventory levels in the dealership’s CRM and other management systems.
  • Serve as a point of contact for customers, responding to inquiries, providing information about vehicles, and assisting with follow-up communications.
  • Prepare and process all necessary paperwork related to vehicle sales, financing, and trade-ins, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Assist in tracking and managing vehicle inventory, including new and used cars, and coordinate with the sales team on vehicle availability.
  • Generate regular reports on sales activities, inventory status, and customer feedback to support the sales team and management in decision-making.
  • Work closely with sales personnel, finance, and service departments to ensure smooth operations and seamless customer experience.
  • Identify areas for process improvement within the sales administration function and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency.

Skills

  • Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
