  • The VIP Client Expert acts as an ambassador and is responsible for managing activities intended to achieve sales objectives. The VIP Client Expert will strive to discover the VIP Clients and their every need, and guide them across the store. The VIP Client Expert will proactively reach out to the Elite clients in order to achieve individual and GL team goals, with a special objective for the Third Floor activities with a strong extra-miles service attitude. The VIP Client Expert team will be in charge of all Client Service in the store: CRM, Customer Service, Concierges.

  • Achieve individual and GL Team objectives and be accountable for the sales results of the Third Floor

  • Be the Third Floor VIP Ambassador within the team

  • Welcome every client and enhance their experience, setting the example of the best Client experience

  • Working closely with the Buyers to ensure that customer demands for products and brands are understood and reacted upon.

  • Closely follow existing clients, proactively recruit new clients, leveraging the different clienteling tools to engage and build long-term Client relationship; manage a wide portfolio of potential clients

  • Provide expertise and comprehensive advice to clients (whether style related or material and production technicality), supporting team members when they have clients requiring more detailed information

  • Be a strong style advisor for the client (e.g. fashion conscious) assess the client's style and match with product recommendations

  • Perform as a team-player, participate in all activities contributing to the overall objectives of the store

  • Being updated of the brand and having precise product knowledge.

  • Follow the company's policies and procedures

  • Working closely with Marketing to ensure that the VIP department is showcased in the best possible light at all times both internally and externally.

  • Working closely with VM to ensure that the VIP suite is dressed appropriately reflecting the seasons and new collections.

Skills


  • Minimum Bachelor Degree

  • 4-6 years sales experience, preferably in fashion luxury retail, store department

  • Fluent in Arabic and English, both written and verbal.

  • Proven sales achievement in luxury brands market

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Ability to work in a team-driven environment; Good organization and learning skills

  • Must be proactive and results driven

  • Initiative; Networking; Integrity & trust
