  • Plan and distribute workshop loads to staffs in the workshop according to Technicians/Electricians skill level.
  • Set priorities for the day to day workshop load and ensure the timely delivery of the vehicle adhering appointment system
  • Maintain Job Control sheet and Job timing.
  • Manage liaison between workshop and bodyshop reception on customer vehicle progress.
  • Maintain the workshop loading system in a timely, up to date and accurate manner
  • Prepare Productivity and Efficiency reports and submits to management for further review and recommends action to taken to improve the Productivity and Efficiency.
  • Prepare repair estimates and coordinate with Service Advisors for customer approval.
  • Supervise the maintenance of workshop tools and sundries
