Nair Systems is currently looking IT Change Manager for our Qatar operations with the following terms & conditions.

Mandatory Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of ITIL and Change Management best practices.
  • Experience in IT Service Management roles with a focus on Change Management.
  • Proficiency in top IT Service Management systems such as Ivanti, ServiceNow, IBM, and BMC.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of ISO 20000 standards.
  • Experience in the banking industry.
  • Hands-on experience with Ivanti IT Service Management system.

Experience:

  • Proven experience in managing IT Change Management processes.
  • Experience working in IT Service Desk or IT Service Management roles.
  • Involvement in IT Change Management within similar industries.

Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee the IT Change Management process in alignment with ITIL best practices.
  • Coordinate and communicate with stakeholders to ensure successful change implementation.
  • Develop and maintain change management policies, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Analyze change requests and assess their impact on the organization.
  • Ensure proper documentation and tracking of all changes.

Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration of changes
