Senior SAP Support
Skills
· Leads the gathering, documentation and analysis of system and business requirements for highly complex multiplatform applications. Monitors and reviews the work of lower-level staff within assigned projects.
· Recommends changes and upgrades to global SAP systems to leverage better business efficiencies. Plays a key role in the development of multi-year roadmaps and strategic vision for the SAP system. Works closely with SAP Technical group to consider technical, system and infrastructure resource requirements for proposed modifications.
· Configures and customizes the most complex, multiplatform SAP application modules.
· Develops and executes test plans for the most complex SAP application modules. Troubleshoots problems and modifications to systems leadership and key stakeholders. Ensures delivery satisfies system and business requirements.
· Provides 1st level support for SAP issues. Works directly with SAP Technical groups to resolve technical issues as necessary.
· Decomposes tasks, defines milestones, creates schedules and estimates and monitors development resources for projects. Contributes to the completion of project/program milestones under the general guidance of his/her immediate supervisor. Assigns, monitors and reviews progress and accuracy of work within assigned project teams.
· Provides technical guidance to internal teams and proactively recommends systems improvements. Mentors and trains lower-level staff. Other duties as assigned.
