Job Summary:
As a Chiller Plant Technician, you will be responsible for the operation, maintenance, and repair of chiller plants to ensure the efficient cooling of buildings and facilities.

Job Responsibility:
- Operate and maintain chiller plants to ensure proper cooling of facilities.
- Conduct regular inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs of chiller plant equipment.
- Monitor and adjust temperature controls, water levels, and pressure settings.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning coils, changing filters, and lubricating parts.
- Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration components of chiller systems.
- Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.

Candidate Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certification or vocational training is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Chiller Plant Technician or in a similar role.
- Solid understanding of chiller plant operations, maintenance, and repair techniques.
- Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and safety protocols.
- Physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
