We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Timekeeper to join our team. The Timekeeper will be responsible for accurately tracking and recording employee work hours, ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable labor laws.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate records of employee attendance, including hours worked, overtime and time-off requests.
- Monitor employee timecards and verify the accuracy of recorded hours.
- Ensure compliance with company policies regarding attendance, punctuality, and leave.
- Communicate with employees and supervisors regarding any discrepancies or issues with time records.
- Provide support for employee inquiries related to timekeeping and attendance.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of timekeeping records.
Skills
- Well experienced as timekeeper in a large company.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Experienced with timekeeping software or payroll systems is a plus.
- Proficient in using timekeeping software and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.)
- Problem-solving skills to resolve discrepancies in time records.
- Basic math skills for calculating hours, overtime, and deductions.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
- Previous experience in payroll or related administrative roles is a plus
