We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Timekeeper to join our team. The Timekeeper will be responsible for accurately tracking and recording employee work hours, ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable labor laws.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate records of employee attendance, including hours worked, overtime and time-off requests.
  • Monitor employee timecards and verify the accuracy of recorded hours.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies regarding attendance, punctuality, and leave.
  • Communicate with employees and supervisors regarding any discrepancies or issues with time records.
  • Provide support for employee inquiries related to timekeeping and attendance.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of timekeeping records.

Skills

  • Well experienced as timekeeper in a large company.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Experienced with timekeeping software or payroll systems is a plus.
  • Proficient in using timekeeping software and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.)
  • Problem-solving skills to resolve discrepancies in time records.
  • Basic math skills for calculating hours, overtime, and deductions.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
  • Previous experience in payroll or related administrative roles is a plus
