Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage high-value relationships with large corporate clients to enhance satisfaction and retention.

- Lead negotiations for contracts and agreements to secure profitable business deals.

- Prepare and present strategic reports to senior management regarding client portfolios and potential business opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies while managing client accounts.
- Mentor and guide junior team members in relationship management best practices.
Skills
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent qualification is preferred.
- Strong understanding of banking products and services, particularly in corporate financing and relationship management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to influence at all levels of an organization.
Desired Experience:
- A minimum of 10 years and a maximum of 15 years of relevant experience in corporate banking or relationship management.
- Demonstrated success in managing large corporate accounts, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Experience in leading teams and driving strategic initiatives within a banking environment.
