Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage high-value relationships with large corporate clients to enhance satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify new business opportunities and drive growth initiatives with existing and prospective clients.
  • Lead negotiations for contracts and agreements to secure profitable business deals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet the strategic needs of corporate clients.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to strategically position the bank’s offerings.
  • Prepare and present strategic reports to senior management regarding client portfolios and potential business opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies while managing client accounts.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members in relationship management best practices.


Skills

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent qualification is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of banking products and services, particularly in corporate financing and relationship management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to influence at all levels of an organization.

Desired Experience:

  • A minimum of 10 years and a maximum of 15 years of relevant experience in corporate banking or relationship management.
  • Demonstrated success in managing large corporate accounts, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Experience in leading teams and driving strategic initiatives within a banking environment.
