Job Posting: Skilled Carpenter (Design & Execution)
Location: Doha, Qatar

We are seeking a highly skilled Carpenter with expertise in design, fabrication, and execution of all carpentry-related tasks. 

The ideal candidate will have comprehensive experience in furniture making, interior fit-outs, and technical proficiency in both traditional and modern carpentry techniques.

Key Responsibilities

1. Design & Fabrication: Create and execute custom furniture, cabinetry, and interior/exterior woodwork. Experience in joinery, gypsum installations, and fit-out projects is essential.
2. Technical Skills: Proficiency in hand-cutting, material estimation, and working with diverse materials (wood, metal, glass) for residential and commercial projects.
3. Project Collaboration: Coordinate with production managers and engineering teams to ensure alignment with design specifications and timelines .
4. Quality Assurance: Inspect and maintain carpentry equipment, ensuring compliance with safety standards and project requirements.
5. Multi-Disciplinary Support: Assist in facility maintenance tasks, including minor plumbing, electrical, or HVAC repairs, if needed.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 2–7 years in furniture making, finishing carpentry, or interior fit-outs.
• Certifications: Technical certifications in carpentry/joinery or a related field (preferred).
• Local Compliance: Valid QID and NOC for immediate hiring (local candidates prioritized).
• Soft Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and ability to interpret design blueprints.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: Competitive monthly salary ranging from 1,500–2500 QAR (based on experience).
• Contract: 6–12 months (renewable) with accommodation and transportation allowances.
