Overall responsibility of preparing, managing and controlling Department Budget and prepare precise/timely cost reports to the manager after constant monitoring the expenditure status in comparison to the approved Budget, monitor, back charges to third party contractors & Joint Ventures and processing of invoice payment to contractors.
Bachelor or Master of Commerce (B-Com) specialized in Financial Accounting & Reporting with CMA, CPA or equivalent certification in Advanced Professional Accounting, Cost Engineering and Systems Analysis.
- 8 years in an advanced Financial Accounting position preferably in budgeting, costing, planning related activities in the oil and gas industry. Including at least 3 years in a commercial position related to cost & planning.
- SAP R3 knowledge. Skilled in the use of PC with hands on knowledge of various software like MS Word, MS Excel & MS Power Point
