The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, building relationships with key clients, and driving sales growth within the oil and gas industry. As a AM / BDM, you will leverage your market expertise to develop and execute strategies that expand our client base and increase revenue streams while providing a high level of service to clients and candidates alike.

Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. A background in Oil & Gas or Engineering is highly desirable.
Proven experience (5+ years) as a Account Manager / Business Development Manager, Sales Manager within the recruitment industry, with a strong focus on the Oil & Gas sector.
A deep understanding of the oil and gas industry, its key players, and its recruitment challenges.
Experience in generating leads, securing new business, and managing client relationships.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to understand client needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
Excellent presentation and proposal writing abilities.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Self-motivated with a drive to exceed sales targets.
