Job Description:



  • Lead and oversee all IT operations, ensuring smooth functioning of IT infrastructure and services.

  • Develop and implement IT operational policies, procedures, and standards to enhance efficiency and compliance.

  • Monitor IT systems' performance, addressing issues to maintain high availability and reliability.

  • Manage budgets for IT operations and optimize costs while ensuring adequate resources for the organization's needs.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align IT initiatives with business objectives.

  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and recommend strategic improvements.

  • Ensure timely resolution of hardware, software, and system issues for end-users.

  • Oversee installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware, software, and Windows systems.

  • Administer email systems and productivity tools, ensuring user satisfaction.

  • Maintain a centralized system for tracking and resolving support requests, providing regular updates to management.

  • Conduct training and create user documentation to enhance employee technology skills.

  • Oversee the management of data center facilities, ensuring system reliability and optimal environmental conditions.

  • Monitor and improve network performance, addressing interruptions and implementing security measures.

  • Plan and execute network upgrades, scalability strategies, and disaster recovery processes.

  • Ensure compliance with network security policies and industry regulations.

  • Manage Linux servers, SQL Server, and Oracle databases, ensuring optimal performance and data integrity.

  • Implement security measures and backup strategies to safeguard systems and data.

  • Monitor system and database performance, identifying bottlenecks and implementing improvements.

  • Develop and test disaster recovery plans to ensure business continuity.

  • Manage Windows Server environments, Azure cloud infrastructure, and email systems.

  • Optimize cloud resource usage while ensuring system availability and security.

  • Plan and execute system upgrades, migrations, and maintenance activities.

  • Implement and monitor security measures for compliance and risk mitigation.

  • Lead, mentor, and manage the IT operations team to achieve organizational goals.

  • Establish clear roles, responsibilities, and KPIs for team members.

  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth within the team.

  • Expertise in Windows, Linux, and Microsoft environments, including Azure cloud services.

  • Proficiency in managing SQL Server and Oracle databases.

Educational Qualifications:



  • Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or a related field

  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in IT operations, infrastructure management, and team leadership.

  • Proven track record of managing IT budgets and aligning IT strategies with business goals.
