Key Account Executive Horeca

We are seeking an experienced Key Account Sales Executive to lead our HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés) channel in Qatar. The ideal candidate will have prior HORECA sales experience in Qatar or elsewhere in the Middle East, with a strong focus on market and product development. This role requires a results-oriented professional who can drive sales, build partnerships, and expand our presence in the hospitality sector.


Key Responsibilities


1. Sales & Revenue Growth


Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets for the HORECA channel.


Identify and develop new revenue opportunities in the hospitality sector.


2. Market Development


Conduct in-depth market research to identify new trends, potential customers, and competitive gaps within the HORECA industry.


Develop and execute strategic plans to grow Novus International’s market share.


3. Product Development


Collaborate with internal teams to identify customer needs and propose product innovations tailored to the HORECA sector.


Establish partnerships to bring new products to market.


Actively gather feedback from key accounts to improve and refine product offerings.


4. Account Management


Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with HORECA key accounts, including hotels, restaurants, catering companies, and cafés.


Act as the primary point of contact for major clients, ensuring excellent service and support.


5. Operational & Team Collaboration


Work closely with supply chain, marketing, and finance teams to ensure efficient operations and timely deliveries.


Support promotional campaigns and product launches targeted at HORECA customers.



Qualifications:


Masters degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.


4-5 years of proven experience in HORECA sales in Qatar or elsewhere in the Middle East.


Strong understanding of the hospitality industry, including its dynamics and customer requirements.


Existing network and relationships within the HORECA sector in the region.


Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.


Results-driven, with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.


Valid Qatar driving license.
