Senior Sales Representative (Biomedical Engineer)

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Representative with a biomedical background and 5–7 years of proven experience in the medical field. The ideal candidate will lead sales efforts, foster strong client relationships, and drive growth in the Qatari healthcare market.


Key Responsibilities:

  •  Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed targets.
  •  Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, hospitals, and clinics.
  •  Identify and secure new business opportunities in the medical field.
  •  Demonstrate and promote medical equipment and solutions to potential clients.
  •  Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry advancements.
  •  Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and seamless service delivery.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Biomedical Engineering
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in the medical industry, specifically in respiratory, surgical, and ICU devices.
  • Strong knowledge of medical devices, equipment, and healthcare solutions
  • Impressive Communication, presentation and Interpersonal Skills
  • Experience in conducting presentations and product demonstrations of healthcare products
  • Excellent Selling and Negotiation skills
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Familiarity with the Qatari healthcare market is a plus
