Roles and Responsibilities:
- Review project quality requirements, prepare & maintain PQP & QA Procedures in line with project requirements.
- Lead and manage Project Quality Audits including vendors & subcontractors, ensuring adherence to project specifications, contractual requirements, and ISO 9001 standards.
- Follow up the implementation of action plans issued from Non-conformances, Observations, CARs, Quality Reports, Surveillance and Audit Reports.
- Support on quality assessment of vendors and subcontractor during Pre-qualifications.
- Conduct induction training to project personnel so that they can understand quality standards & requirements.
- Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure that quality assurance requirements are integrated throughout the project execution process.
- Maintains NCR, CAR and Observation Register.
- Participate in quality incident & root cause analysis.
- Organize Project QMS Review Meeting
- Assist in preparation and consolidation of Project Monthly Quality Reports
- Support in monitoring of project quality KPIs and reporting of project quality performance.
- Coordinate in Lessons Learned Workshops and following up implementation of mitigating controls.
Skills
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering
- Minimum 10 years’ experience as QA Engineer for an EPC Contractor for oil & gas projects with strong knowledge in leading Project Quality Audits.
- Experience in preparation of PQP, QA procedures and Project Audit Plan Essential Familiar with Oil & Gas Quality documentation such as: Quality Plans, ITP, Working Procedures, Specifications, Testing, QA/QC construction book, vendor documentation, final dossiers.
- Good command of English language (written and spoken).
