Qualifications
- BSc Degree in Science or Commercial field or its equivalent
- International Experience Required
- 7 years post-graduate experience required in contracts within the O&G industry.
- Personal Abilities: Basic Management, Advanced Human Relations, Problem Solving and Planning / organizing / coordinating / controlling.
- Advanced level in Contracts Competencies required.
- MCIPS preferred.
- EPC contract management experience is preferreD
The Job Holder Liaises With Other Teams And Participates To The Processes And Communication Of The Contracts Entity By Performing The Following Tasks
- Work closely with the DUET counterpart on future MPP requirements which will include all potential tenders for upcoming period.
- Together with DUET develop tendering strategy.
- Together with DUET prepare all tender Exhibits (including Information security & Cloud security control appendixes).
- Verify the alignment with HSE clauses, Company rules, Procedures, Instructions and applicable legislation when drafting contractual and commercial terms and conditions.
- Verify the Terms & Conditions (standard, general and financial).
- Prepare and Develop of Commercial Evaluation model.
- Check if any security or software elements are part of the scope of work? If yes, to ensure that IS info sec team reviews SOW.
- Together with DUET, conduct Contract Risk Assessment (CRA) and ensure that mitigation is included in the contract.
Post Award: -
- Provide professional advice and guidance to all contract owners/entities with respect to contractual matters.
- Manage any call-offs for centralized contracts.
- Manage Change Orders and Amendments for all contracts.
- Monitor on-going contracts status, participate to claims, amendments and contract renewal discussions and Review supplier’s performance with the Duet.
- Participate in DUET meeting.
- Adapt standard and template documents to local conditions.
- Liaise with C&P Methods/planning/market and line Manager for reporting and statistics matters.
- Keep informed or best practices in contracts procedures for improvement of contracts practices in company.
- Understand market situation and to be able to interpret market forecasts.
- Manage and work on specific EPC related contracts (if required).
