• Specialized in supporting the Cisco Collaboration architecture specially (Call Manager, Expressway, CMS, CMM and TMS)
• Good technical competency in supporting the following: Cisco and Palo Alto security, Cisco Routing and Switching, Cisco Datacenter (UCS, & VMware)
