Qualifications and Experience:
Experience:

- Direct experience in the utilities sector, preferably with exposure to areas such as energy, water, or district cooling, is essential.
- Demonstrable experience implementing modern business planning techniques and corporate risk frameworks in a complex organisational setting.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Engineering, or Economics. A master’s degree or MBA is highly desirable.
- Professional certifications such as:
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or PRINCE2 Practitioner for project management.

- Certified Risk Manager (CRM) or equivalent for risk management.
