Qatar

Responsibilities:

  • Handle daily purchases for the café, ensuring timely procurement of quality supplies.
  • Maintain accurate financial records, including bookkeeping and data entry.
  • Track and reconcile daily transactions, ensuring accuracy in accounts.
  • Manage and organize supplier contracts, invoices, and payment records.
  • Prepare financial reports, expense summaries, and budgets for management review.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with vendors for replenishment.
  • Ensure compliance with Qatar’s financial regulations and standards.
  • Support in auditing processes and provide required documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1–2 years in accounting or purchasing roles (preferred).
  • Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
  • Proficient in financial software and Excel.
  • Must be currently based in Qatar and ready to join immediately.
