The Project or Execution Manager will lead and manage Shutdown projects in the Oil and Gas Plants. This role involves coordinating with cross-functional teams, maintaining project timelines, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of project management best practices in the Oil and Gas industry.
Qualification-
Bachelor's degree in engineering with 15 years of relevant experience in Project management or Construction Management of Major Shutdowns in the Oil & Gas and Petrochemical Industry.
- PMP or equivalent project management certification is preferred.
Technical Skills-
- Plan and oversee all stages of project development from initiation to completion.
- Coordinate resources, equipment, and information to ensure project execution.
- Monitor and report on project progress, including milestones and budget adherence.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental regulations, and industry standards.
- Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage project documentation and contractual obligations.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during project execution.
