Restaurant Captain Waiter

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and lead the front-of-house team to ensure exceptional customer service.
  • Greet and assist customers, resolve complaints, and ensure smooth dining operations.
  • Manage table settings, cleanliness, and overall presentation.
  • Coordinate with kitchen staff and baristas to ensure timely and accurate service.
  • Conduct staff training and provide on-the-spot guidance to maintain service standards.
  • Handle daily reporting and assist in scheduling shifts for waitstaff.

Qualifications:

  • Must be available to Join Immediately.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Qatar’s food and service industry.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English (mandatory).
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service.
  • Preferably female candidates.
